Changes to your household, income, or other coverage can affect:
- Your eligibility for coverage
- Your financial help
- Your monthly premium costs
Please report changes within 30 days of the change.
Changes you should report
Household changes
Report changes such as:
- Marriage
- Divorce
- Birth of a child
- Adoption or foster/substitute care placement(s) - if filing as a dependent on taxes
- Death in the household
Address changes
Report if you move or change your mailing address.
Income or job changes
Report changes to:
- Household income
- Employment status
- Access to employer health insurance
Changes to other health coverage
Report if you gain or lose:
- Medicare
- Oregon Health Plan (OHP)
- Employer-sponsored insurance
- Other health coverage
Citizenship or immigration status changes
Report updates to citizenship or immigration status if they change.
American Indian or Alaska Native (AI/AN) status changes
Report changes to Tribal or AI/AN status if applicable.
Incarceration status changes
Report if you or a household member enters or is released from incarceration.
