Explore Health is Oregon’s official health insurance marketplace, operated by the Oregon Health Authority (OHA). It helps individuals and families compare health plans, find financial assistance, and enroll in coverage.
For 2026 coverage, Oregon’s Marketplace will continue operating through the federal enrollment platform while preparing for a transition to a fully state-operated marketplace.
Starting November 1, 2026, people in Oregon are able to shop for and enroll in health coverage directly through Explore Health.
