Community partners: Community organizations that can help you enroll in coverage but cannot give advice about plans. These assisters have expertise in the Oregon Health Plan.
Medicare agents: Licensed insurance agents who can help you enroll in a Medicare plan. Only insurance agents can recommend which Medicare plan may be best for you.
Health insurance agents: If you are buying a private plan through HealthCare.gov or elsewhere, only insurance agents can recommend which plan may be best for you.
Medicare volunteers: Can help answer Medicare questions and help you enroll, but cannot recommend a Medicare plan.
COFA Premium Assistance Program partners and agents: Can help with applications for the COFA Premium Assistance Program. Oregonians from the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia or the Republic of Palau and who meet income requirements may be eligible for the COFA Premium Assistance Program.
