Help enrolling is free of charge and available in your area

There are a lot of ways to get covered. Use the directory below to find an expert to help you enroll. 

Some experts work with the Oregon Health Plan (OHP), some with the health plans and financial assistance available on HealthCare.gov and others with Medicare.

You can make an appointment with one of them or go to a walk-in event.

Types of help available to you

Community partners: The Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace certifies these assisters. They can also help you apply for health coverage and financial help on HealthCare.gov but can’t recommend plans.

Health insurance agents: They help with applying for financial help and choosing private plans on HealthCare.gov. Only insurance agents can recommend which private plan may be best for you.

Medicare volunteers: They answer Medicare questions and help you enroll in Medicare but cannot recommend a Medicare plan.

Medicare agents: These licensed insurance agents can help you enroll in a Medicare plan. Only insurance agents can recommend which Medicare plan may be best for you.

COFA Premium Assistance Program partners and agents: They help with applications for the COFA Premium Assistance Program. Oregonians from the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia or the Republic of Palau who meet income guidelines may be eligible for the COFA Premium Assistance Program.
