Oregon Health Plan: The Oregon Health Authority and the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace certifies community partner organization and insurance agents who help with the Oregon Health Plan application.

Medicare agents: These licensed insurance agents can help you enroll in a Medicare plan. Only insurance agents can recommend which Medicare plan may be best for you.

Marketplace (HealthCare.gov): Insurance agents and some community partner organizations help with applying for financial help and choosing private plans on HealthCare.gov. Only insurance agents can recommend which private plan may be best for you.

Senior Health Insurance Benefits Assistance (SHIBA) counselors: They answer Medicare questions and help you enroll in Medicare but cannot recommend a Medicare plan. Contact Oregon SHIBA program at 800-722-4134 (toll-free) or visit SHIBA.Oregon.gov.

COFA Premium Assistance Program partners and agents: They help with applications for the COFA Premium Assistance Program. Oregonians from the Republic of the Marshall Islands, Federated States of Micronesia, or the Republic of Palau who meet income guidelines may be eligible for the COFA Premium Assistance Program.

Small business: These insurance agents are able to help small businesses with selecting and enrolling in a plan for employees. They are also able to provide information about the Small Business Health Care Tax Credit.
