Some changes can cost or save you money, so you should report them to the Marketplace right away.
If your income drops or your family increases, you could be eligible for more help paying for your plan. If your employer begins offering health insurance, you may no longer be eligible for financial assistance and, at tax time, have to pay back what you received if you do not report the change to the Marketplace.
