Changes to Oregon Individual Health and Dental Plans in 2027
- PacificSource and Providence will not offer any individual health insurance coverage in 2027.
- Moda will be offering plans in 28 counties in Oregon and will not be available in the following counties:
- Crook
- Deschutes
- Klamath
- Lake
- Marion
- Polk
- Umatilla
- Union
If you are affected by these changes, you will still have several options for health coverage in 2027.
To help prevent a gap in coverage, the Oregon Health Insurance Marketplace has matched affected enrollees with a plan from another insurance company. You can find these plan matches in the tables below. These plans may be used for automatic re-enrollment if you do not choose a new plan.
However, we encourage you to shop and compare your options to find the plan that works best for you.
The Explore Health Plan Guide will launch in mid-October 2026. The Plan Guide will allow you to compare health plans available in your area without creating an account. We will also provide information to help you compare your 2026 plan with available plans for 2027.
Until then, you can use the filters in the spreadsheet below to find the 2027 plan you have been matched with. You can also review the Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs) at the bottom of this page to learn more about plan mapping, automatic re-enrollment, the Plan Guide, and how to get help enrolling.
