Reporting changes

Report any changes in your household, such as births, deaths, or changes in income. It ensures you are getting the right coverage and financial help.

If you or your family is covered on a plan purchased through the Marketplace, go to to make your updates.



Oregon Health Plan

If any of the information you provided on your Oregon Health Plan application changes, you must report it within 30 days of the change.

  1. Online: If you have a ONE account, you can submit your changes online at
  2. Email: You can send a secure email with your changes to Include your full name, date of birth, Oregon Health ID number, and phone number.
  3. Call: 1-800-699-9075 (toll-free) from 7 6 pm. Monday to Friday
