These health insurance agents have contracted with the state to provide help with outreach and enrollment. You can also contact us.

  • Health insurance agents – Certified professionals who can give advice about which plans may be best for you and help you enroll.
  • Medicare agents – Certified professionals who can give advice about which Medicare plans may be best for you and help you enroll.
  • Community partners – Community organizations that can help you enroll but cannot give advice about plans.
  • Medicare volunteers – Volunteers who can help answer Medicare questions and help with the enrollment process.
  • COFA Premium Assistance Program – Certified professionals who can give advice about which COFA-eligible plans may be best for you and help you enroll.
