In-person volunteer training

Volunteer trainings

These trainings are geared towards our new and certified volunteers, community partners, and other individuals who serve Medicare beneficiaries.


New Volunteer Training
Day two of the training is now six free CE credits for licensed insurance producers in Oregon.
To register for a training, call 503-315-9150 or email shiba.oregon@oregon.gov and provide your name, phone number, and email address.

All in-person trainings for 2020 have been cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The following virtual trainings (combined) comprise the full volunteer training.
